If my service stops working what should I do?

Ok First Don’t Panic, 99% of the time unplugging the ATA unit and plugging it back in will do the trick, if that fails make sure your internet connection is on go to your computer and try to do a web search if you can not complete the search call your internet service provider and report the service failure, if the web search works, check your cables make sure they are securely plugged in, if that fails call us and we will assist you. |
